I have had the opportunity to revitalize Signarama’s marketing efforts, transforming its online presence and customer engagement. This well-established franchise with over 30 years in the industry had a well developed physical presence, but it their outside marketing initiatives were minimal, leaving untapped potential in digital visibility and brand recognition. I took the lead in setting up and optimizing Google Business listings, ensuring better local search rankings and increased customer inquiries. I developed targeted digital ad campaigns with content creation and execution as well as established a strong presence on social media, creating engaging content that showcases our latest projects and promotions. To strengthen customer relationships, I introduced a monthly newsletter, keeping clients informed about new technologies, services, and special offers. Additionally, I refined Signarama’s brand image by designing cohesive marketing materials that align with its professional yet approachable identity. Through SEO optimization, I have enhanced website performance, increasing organic traffic and improving search engine rankings.
